A. We will provide you with verified tenant service that confirms paying rent on or before time. However, in any exceptional case if the tenant refuses to pay the fee then our property managers will send legal notice to them regarding the unpaid rent. In spit of this if the tenant doesn't pay the rent. We will take an eventual action against this matter.
 
Q. How will you solve the residential or commercial house maintenance problem?
A. Tenant will be provided with the 24 hour emergency paging service. He/she may page us about the maintenance problem. We ensure that a tenant is satisfied with the service. We also keep you informed of the major issue.
 
Q. How will you ensure me that tenant are maintaining my property in a proper way?
A. We perform yearly inspection for all properties. A detailed summary report is provided to the client. Client will decide what further action would be taken on the behalf of his property.
 
Q. How will I collect the rent?
A. The rent will be collected by Ryis property managers team and will be deposited in your provided bank account.
